UTRLAB User Testing and Research was founded in November 2008, after the celebration of World Usability Day for the first time in Turkey with an event organized by NANObiz.UTRLAB is the first private, independent user research center in Turkey. Our scope of interest encompasses areas such as defense industry, consumer electronics, household products, as well as conventional HCI domains such as web-based systems and software products. Our mission is to provide cost-effective services in the field of usability and user-centered design, to develop innovative ideas and research techniques, to create awareness in the relevant sectors, and to support prospective young professionals in the field.

In addition to our core team of consultants on usability, ergonomics and design we form project-based teams in collaboration with experts and academicians from universities such as METU, BİLKENT, TOBB and ITU.
